When you work with an Adapt Fitness Personal Trainer you are hiring more than just a person to count your repetitions in the gym.

Our mission is to becomes your gym partner, nutritionist and your coach.

 

We will work closely with you to plan every aspect of training and nutrition, helping you achieve your desired results in and out of the gym.

Whether you want to lose weight to transform your body or lay foundations for lifelong health, we will support you to ensure you are successful.

We keep you accountable

Our coaching support does not end the moment you leave the gym.

We understand that sustainable lifestyle change requires a more rounded approach and that exercise on it's own is not enough.

Once your coach has planned your training and nutrition, we need to ensure you make progress.

We do that with weekly progress reviews to keep you accountable and to ensure you know exactly what you need to do to achieve your goal every week.
